Coating Process

Control every stage of the dip coating cycle

Dip coating quality depends on motion control, dwell time, withdrawal rate and environmental consistency. IDC-20 helps users repeat those process steps with saved programs and cycle control.

01 · Dip The substrate is lowered into the coating solution at the defined dipping speed and position.
02 · Dwell The sample remains immersed for a programmed time to support solution interaction and wetting.
03 · Withdraw The substrate is lifted at a controlled drawing speed to form a uniform coating layer.
04 · Repeat Saved programs can repeat coating cycles for multilayer structures and process consistency.
